1952: Birth Year, Stanley Shetka, Place of birth, St Joseph Hospital,  St. Paul,  Minnesota. Birth order # seven.

1954: Moved from St Paul, Minnesota, to 160 acre family farm in Webster, Minnesota. His mother, Cecelia Shetka, was born in the farmhouse in 1919 and died there in 2014. Webster, Minnesota, 55088

1957: Sputnik, Stanley Shetka witnessed the first artificial Earth satellite fly over from the front steps of his family home, Webster, Minnesota 55088. .

1958: Attended Holy Trinity Catholic School. First – Sixth grade, Veseli, Minnesota 55046.

1961- 1971: WHEATLAND WEATIES 4H CLUB MEMBER, Lonsdale, Minnesota 55046.  Rice County Fair champion ribbons: Entomology, Woodworking, Gardening, Potatoes, Forestry, Cookies, Bread, Ducks, Poultry, and Public  Demonstration Talks. , Minnesota State Fair Champion Ribbons: Entomology, Woodworking, Gardening, Potatoes.

1973-Present: WORLD ART PROJECT® Artist Stanley J. Shetka conceived and began conceptualizing the WORLD ART PROJECT® in 1973 while attending Wimbledon School of Art, Wimbledon, England.  Stanley Shetka is the sole creator and has continued to evolve the WORLD ART PROJECT® (WAP®) since its inception. undertaking to create one massive work of art by incorporating a significant personal item or substance from every person on Earth. This collective narrative, constructed from individual stories, aims to highlight our shared humanity and connect people across diverse cultures and borders. Shetka believes in the transformative power of creativity, and the WAP is a direct reflection of that belief-a tapestry woven from countless human experiences.
