Project Artist Kiersten Dahl-Shetka will present along with others who have participated in this historic project. Ribbon cutting ceremony will occur. Refreshments to follow.

During the Dozinky Festival on the 15th and 16th, individuals will be able to participate in a fun activity, learn about the tower, and reflect on what they love about their community.
