WORLD ART PROJECT®

Creating one work of Art that includes a purposeful substance from every living person signaled the genesis of the WORLD ART PROJECT®. With its conceptualization in 1973, the WORLD ART PROJECT® would represent one of the world's most significant works of Art, and it has become a lifelong project of Stanley J. Shetka. His creative journey continually transforms this new and imaginative idea into a state-of-the-art evolving entity.

In 1988, Stanley Shetka introduced WORLD ART PROJECT® to the world public in a one-person exhibition titled WORLD ART PROJECT® at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

2023, half a century later, Stanley Shetka celebrates the Golden Jubilee Anniversary of the WORLD ART PROJECT®.

Epiphany: Stanley Shetka determined, "If a creative concept does not reverse climate disintegration, it should be recognized or considered an Art."

We all need water.
We all breathe air.
We all use plants.
We have to move from
Collateral Damage to
Collateral Healing.

– Stan Shetka

The WORLD ART PROJECT® is the guardian of Water, Air, and Plants. In 2005, Stanley Shetka coined "Collateral Healing" as the opposite action and alternative to collateral damage. The company Collateral Healing Incorporated was formed and registered in Minnesota in 2005. Collateral Healing Initiatives places the climate crises front and center. Collateral Healing Initiatives' prime directive as we advance from 2005 to the present is to investigate all human purposefully driven goals related to all interactions with Water, Air, and Plants front and center with education, new and evolving industrialization, and creative research and development.
